Dust jacket worn at edges, points, and seams with large chips to the top inch of the spine. There is also a large reddish stain to the rear panel. Spine quite soiled. Personal library stamp on the title page, and a large inscription on the first fly leaf. Edge points worn to boards. There is some staining to the verso of the last five illustrations (not affecting the actual plates -- just on the rear). Some scattered foxing throughout, not affecting the plates.
