New York:Schocken Books. 1948; 1949. Both volumes 1st editions. 345pp; 343pp. (Volume 1 translated by Joseph Dresh; Volume 2 is translated by Martin Greenberg with the co-operation of Hannah Arendt.) Hardcovers with dust jackets. The books are in very good, clean condition with just a touch of age-toning to end pages and light dust residue to page edges. The dust jackets have done their jobs well, both still in one piece with price still present, but shelf-worn and soiled, with small chips and tears to edges and seams. Overall, a very good set.
