Red boards are soiled with wear to all edges and edge-points.  The spine strip has darkened and is worn and chipped at both ends and starting to seperate along rear spine gutter edge.  Internally, pages are age-toned but no previous marks or signatures found.  The frontispiece is starting to seperate but otherwise, the binding is tight and hinges intact.
