Small library number inked in white on the spine. Interior is clean and bright, save for the library paraphernalia in the front and rear, consisting of a bookplate (on the half-title page) and a due date card and "rules for borrowers" sticker (at the back). Overall, this is a very good copy.

Remains of what looks to be a price tag at the top corner of the front cover. Interior is clean, bright and free of stray markings. overall, this is a good copy.*Contains the Political Report of the Central Committee and the General Resolution of the Congress.
