Page edges soiled. Internally, end-pages clean, free of previous owners marks or signatures but slight age-toning scattered throughout. The binding is tight and hinges intact although front hinge has several holes. *Relates to the seizure of the steamer Black Warrior and other alleged wrongs committed by the authorities of Cuba on American citizens.
