Hardcover.  Green boards with gilt on spine still bright, shelfworn with wear to edges, spine ends and edge points, and some bubbling to material on spine strip. Internally, end pages lightly age-toned but free of previous owners marks or signatures. The first few pages are foxed but otherwise paper is slighlty age-toned but clean. A thick book, the binding is tight with both hinges intact but cracked at copyright page and last page of text.  Overall, a good solid copy.
