There is a small tear to the binding extending a few inches down from the top of the rear gutter. Otherwise in good condition. Interior is clean, bright and free of stray markings, though the last two blank leafs have a half-inch tear at the top & one has a small piece torn from the edge. Overall, this is a good, tight copy.
