THERE OUGHT TO BE A LAW. A collection of lunatic legislation. With caracatures by Bill Gropper.
NY: The Macaulay Company. (1933). 158p. Illustrated. Hard bound. With dust jacket. Aside from a previous owners name on the top of the first free end-page and a bit of age-toning to the paper, this is a very good, clean copy. The dust jacket has done its job well and the covers are still bright, but the dust jacket itself, although still in one piece, has many chips and tears and is quite worn. Bottom inch and a half are missing from the spine of the dust jacket.
