Pebbled boards are shelf-worn and soiled with gilt on spine legable, but faded.   Edges of boards are worn, to boards in places, with fraying to both ends of spine.  Internally, a faded previous owners name and inscription is on the 1st fep, but other than some general age-toning to the paper, a very good, clean copy.
