Hardcover. 10(A)pp+178(B)pp. Leather boards well worn, with leather peeling from cardboard backing, currently protected with a paper book cover. Internally very good.  An old owner name penned on front pastedown. Age toning and occasional worm holes and age spots. Otherwise complete, clean, and still solidly bound.   Samuel Colvil's poetic satire of Scottish Presbyterians, first published in 1681. Includes a ten page "Authors Apology to the Reader" as preface. (cfm)
