Marples and Co., Limited. 1889. 103pp. Hardcover.  Signed/Inscribed by the author on page between half title and title page, with an albumen photo of author pasted to verso of half title.  With 3 additional pages of handwritten decorated poems bound in. One to the front and two in the rear. In very good condition.  Grey decorated boards are lightly soiled with shelf-wear to spine ends and edge points. Internally, previous owners bookplate to inside front board and light foxing scattered throughout. Binding is tight but hinges have started.  *Author was late pastor of Unitarian Church in Barnstable, MA.
