Slightly shelf-worn at edges with spine soiled and faded.  Spine edges worn, with some chipping and fraying, with a sticker to the top of the spine.  Internally, previous owners bookplate on the inside front board but covered with a couple of blank price stickers. The same blank stickers are on the middle of the title page and on the verso. Not sure what they are covering. Otherwise, the pages are clean and bright. No foxing.  Illustrations are quite bright. the binding is tight and hinges intact. Overall, a very good clean copy.
