Both spine ends worn and frayed( top edge chipped), with small pinholes to rear gutters.  Edge points gently bumped and worn to boards. Internally, a previous owners name and date is inked to 2nd free endpage,  but otherwise, aside from slight overall age-toning,  the pages are clean and bright.  The binding is tight and hinges intact. Overall, a near very good, solid copy.
