New York:G. P. Putnam's Sons. 1925. 1st edition. xv+290pp. Illustrated with 75 photographs and 2 folding maps. Hardcover.  Ex-library with only mark a large stamp, directly over title on title page. Internally, end pages lightly soiled but pages free of previous owners marks or signatures.  Paper is slightly age-toned, with an occasional smudge scattered throughout.
