Page edges soiled.  Internally, a previous owner has penciled in name and address alongside an address label to top of 1st free endpage, but otherwise, aside from an occasional smudge, a very good, clean copy. The dust jacket is in good condition, still in one piece, but worn and soiled, with many chips and tears along edges and folds.
