The unclipped jacket has some age toning (particularly to the edges and spine) and light foxing; there are two dime-sized dampstains to the spine; it has some minor wear along the edges. The boards are very good, with bright gilt titling.There is a small bookstore sticker to front pastedown. The contents are clean and unmarked with no foxing. The binding is square and tight.  A very nice copy. The first of three volumes containing all of Roosevelt's personal letters. (cfm)
