Both maps have tears where attached to book with both being repaired on the verso of the map. All plates are in very good, clean condition. Hardcover. Rebound in 3/4 brown leather with marbled boards, green title labels to spine and new endpapers. Marbled boards soiled with something white that has dripped on the book and the lower edge of the front board looks to have an old damp stain. Internally new end-papers have a couple bookseller notes on top outside edge of 1st free flyleaf, and an old inked and quite faded signature and inscription to the top of the title page.
