(1949). 1st edition, stated. 244pp. Hardcover with dust jacket.  Green boards with an old stain along the outside edge of the front cover and lightly soiled along edges. Internally, a very good clean copy, free of previous owners marks or signatures, with a small grouping of pages (215-230) with the lower edge point creased. The dust jacket is near very good, not price clipped and still in one piece, but soiled with wear (including small chips and tears)  to edges and folds.
