Gilt on front cover still bright but dulled on spine. Top edges gilt but dulled. Internally, end-pages are lightly age-toned, with previous owners name inked to the first free end-page.  Otherwise pages clean with light foxing scattered throughout (most often occuring adjacent to plates).  The binding is tight and hinges intact. A very good copy.
