Brown boards lightly soiled and shelfworn, with sun-fading to spine strip and a bit of fraying starting on spine ends. Page edges soiled. Internally, end-pages are age toned with a previous owners name, address and date inked to top of 1st free endpage, with an old bookseller ticket to bottom of page. Otherwise pages clean, except when opposite an illustration, with those pages being age-toned. The binding is tight and hinges intact. Overall, a good solid copy.
