London:Vizeteelly and Co. 1885.  xiii+305pp+2pp ads.  Illustrated with numerous engravings from designs by French Artists. Hardcover. Decorated boards soiled and shelfworn with edges worn and spine ends starting to fray. Edge points worn to boards. Gilt dulled on front cover and spine. Internally, decorated end-pages clean with the front starting to seperate from the top edge.  Other than some old bookseller notes to top outside edge of the half title page, pages are free of previous owners marks or signatures. Then binding is tight with rear hinge intact. A good solid copy.
