Blue boards with gilt on front cover and spine lightly soiled, rubbed and shelfworn, with wear to edges, spine ends and edge points. There is also minor rippling to cloth along front gutter. Internally, end-pages are age-toned, with a previous owners name inked to inside front board and light foxing to prelims. All illustrations and maps are present as called for. The binding is tight but front hinge is cracked, as well as several places through book (64/65, 160/161 and 240/241), with rear hinge still intact. A good solid copy.
