House. 1823. 108pp. Hardcover.  Boards soiled and shelfworn, with edge points bumped and worn to boards. The spine strip is gone, covered by tape, and then a layer of masking tape which is now peeling off.  Internally, a previous owners name and address is penciled to inside front board, otherwise aside from some age-toning to paper and a few creased lower edges of the last few pages, a very good copy. The binding is tight.
