Hardcover with dust jacket.  Decorated boards clean with just some light soiling which corresponds to chips on dust jacket. Top page edges gilt. Internally, decorated end-pages clean with a previous owners name neatly posted in Ex-Libris square on inside front board.  Meant to be used as a record of planting, but never used. Only marks are the name on inside front board. With lovely illustrations throughout on heavy cardstock pages.   The dust jacket is still in one piece, but soiled and heavily worn, with chips and tears to edges and folds.
