Philadelphia:Lea and Blanchard. 1850. 371pp+(44)pp ads and 400pp. Hardcovers.  Brown blindstamped boards with title in gilt on spine still bright, but quite shelfworn  with wear along edges (on bottom to boards), Volume 1 with a large chip to spine strip and both volumes with chipping and wear to spine ends, and edge points worn to boards. Internally, both volumes have age-toning to end-pages, with a previous owners name to 1st free end-page of both volumes, and mild to at times moderate foxing scattered throughout.  The bindings are tight with hinges still intact.
