This copy is in Very Good condtion. Blue cloth boards are lightly soiled with some sun-fading along edges. Interior is very good with paper just slightly age-toned, but clean and unmarked, with sharp corners and no foxing. The binding is square and tight.  We obtained this copy direct from the publisher, it has not been privately owned. "The present third volume of Anthems concludes the collection, and consists chiefly of pieces which appear here for the first time in print.  They were all written for the Chapel Royal choir or the later Oratorio choir, and all, too, for special festive occasions."  (cfm)    S148
