Hardcover.  Ex-library, with blank library bookplate (stamped discard) to inside front board and no other library markings. The decorated boards are soiled and shelfworn with the label across boards and spine strip soiled and chipped, with a split along front gutter, and light wear along edges, spine ends and edge points. Internally, end-pages lightly age-toned, with library bookplate to inside front board, but otherwise free of previous owners marks or signatures except to title page where someone has penciled in the words found in the publishers device on the title page. Otherwise, a very good, clean copy. The binding is tight with hinges intact although the rear hinge has two holes towards the top of the hinge.
