Washington:Government Printing Office. 1921. 84pp+ 4 Plates.  Hardcover. Green boards soiled and shelfworn, with gilt on spine strip dulled and ends lightly worn. The front board has a sticker to the upper left corner of front board, with a typed designation of Z 37 (Maybe where shelved?) as well as being speckled with something white.  Internally, end-pages are slightly age-toned but otherwise free of previous owners marks or signatures. Overall, a good copy,  The binding is tight with hinges intact.
