(1925). xvii+255pp. Copiously Illustrated with photographs by Harry Chase and the Author.  Hardcover.  Decorated orange board, with the logo of Decorative Designers, lightly soiled and shelfworn, with the spine strip sun faded and light wear along edges with edge points gently bumped. Internally end-pages age toned with a previous owners name inked to inside front board and a bookseller ticket to 1st free end-page. Light foxing scattered throughout, heaviest on first and last few pages and pages adjacent to illustrations.  The binding is tight with hinges intact.
