Hardcover.  Decorated boards soiled and shelfworn, with wear along edges and edge points bumped and worn to boards. The spine strip is quite worn and faded with some chipping and fraying to both ends. Internally illustrated end-pages age toned and soiled in places but free from previous owners marks or signatures. There are occasional smudges scattered throughout, but illustrations are still bright. The binding is tight with hinges intact.
