Hardcover.  Brown boards with title and seal in gilt on front cover and title on spine are lighly soiled, rubbed and shelfworn, with gilt bright on front cover but dulled on spine. There is wear to all edges, spine ends are chipped and starting to fray and edge points are worn to boards. Internally, decorative end-pages are clean with a bookseller ticket to bottom of 1st free end-page, and with a large previous owners inscription, in pencil, to the 2nd free end-page. Otherwise, pages slightly age-toned but clean and bright.  The binding is tight with hinges intact.
