Hardcover.  Red decorated boards soiled, rubbed and shelfworn, with wear to all edges, spine ends chipped and frayed, and edge points worn to boards. Internally, end-pages age-toned, with an old bookseller ticket to lower inside front board and a previous owners name inked to1st free end-page.  Otherwise paper is age-toned, but aside from an occasional smudge, in good condition. All plates present as called for.  The binding is tight with rear hinge intact, but front hinge looks to have been repaired.  In good solid condition.
