Boston:Roberts Brothers. 1881. 1st American edition, later printing. vii+230pp. Hardcover.  Mustard colored decorated boards soiled and shelfworn with wear along edges, spine ends starting to fray, and edge points lightly worn. Top of page edges gilt.  Internally, floral end-pages lightly age-toned but free of previous owners marks or signatures; a few bookseller notes penciled to verso of 1st free end-page and top edge of 2nd free end-page, with a previous owners name penciled to top of title page, otherwise pages clean. The binding is tight and hinges intact.
