Hardcover.  Green boards with black decoration to front cover and gilt to spine strip lightly soiled and shelfworn, with wear along edges, spine ends worn and frayed and edge points gently bumped and worn.  Internally, end pages age toned (with light foxing to rear), but free of previous owners marks or signatures.  There is some foxing to frontispiece and tissue guard, with paper slightly age-toned throughout but with just an occasional spot of foxing scattered throughout.  The binding is tight and hinges intact. A very good copy.
