With 3 page typewritten letter to the Ball Publishing Company, (Concerning the possibility of submitting a book to them), and signed by the Author laid in. Grey boards lightly soiled along edges with light wear to spine ends and edge points bumped.  Internally, slight age-toning to endpages but otherwise in very good, clean condition, free of previous owners marks or signatures. The binding is tight with hinges intact.  The dust jacket is soiled and shelfworn, with many small chips and tears  to edges and folds. The letter is typewritten with small tears along folds, both horizontal and vertical.
