Page edges lightly soiled. Internally, end pages clean, free of previous owners marks or signatures. The unclipped dust jacket is lightly soiled and shelfworn, with light wear to edges including small chips and tears and spine ends chipped, with a small piece of front cover (above title) missing.  Overall, a very good, clean copy.  *Author was last head of state of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea and President of South Korea from 1948-1960.
