This is a photo of Ralph Johnstone (1880-1910) in the cockpit of his Wright Brothers Biplane.  The photo size is 4 3/4 x 7 1/2.

This photograph is from the personal collection of Adams Claflin, who besides being an early aviation enthusiast, served as the General Manager of both the 1910 and 1911 Harvard-Boston Aero Meets.

The photograph has a few impressions on the back, that can be seen through the front.   There are additional imperfections, as the photograph was handled, but nothing major.  See photograph provided.
