Columbus:The Westbote Printing Co. 1884. 240pp. Hardcover, no dust jacket. Binding is lightly worn at the edges and spine ends. Top of the spine is gently frayed with a small chip. Also some fading to the cloth but otherwise in very good condition. Interior is clean, bright and free of stray markings, save for a previous owner's bookplate on the inside-board and stamp on the first free end-paper. There is some foxing to the end-papers and several pages throughout. Overall, a very good, tight copy.
The Hague:Mouton and Co. 1964. 151pp. Hardcover with dust jacket. Blue boards still bright but edge points gently bumped. Internally clean, free of previous owners marks or signatures. The dust jacket is lightly worn at edges and folds, but still in very good condition.

Leipzig: Bernhard Tauchnitz. 1842. 468 pp. Hardcover. Binding shows some shelf wear. Spine and rear board are significantly sunned, with the outline of a bookend on the rear. Front board shows some mottling. Interior is clean, save for a previous owner's signature on the first fly leaf and some numbers inked onto the inside rear board. All in all a very good, tight copy.
London: Oxford University Press. (1968). 472 pp. Hardcover. Reprint of 1959 edition. Boards and binding are clean and show very little shelf wear. Only some very light fading at the spine. Interior is clean, bright and free of errant markings. A fine copy.

Dublin:The Talbot Press Limited. 127pp. ND but ca:1930 (date of personal inscription of first free endpage). A very good copy with a fair dust jacket. The book is very good with some off-setting to the endpages from the dust jacket flap; a previous owners name in pencil on the first free endpage; and some light foxing/soiling scattered throughout. The dust jacket is just fair, still in one piece but with many chips and tears to edges.

The front board has some soiling on the bottom inch of the front cover; there is some wear to the spine ends; and the binding is slightly cocked. The first free end-page has some penciled bookseller notes and the end-papers are slightly aged, but otherwise the pages are clean and bright.
