Wilson and a signed etching by C. Jac. Young. 2 plates are detached but present. The binding is tight and hinges intact.

Four raised bands on decorated leather spine, lightly worn and still handsome on the shelf. Pencilled note and owner stamp to front endpaper. Scattered foxing, particularly surrounding the plates. Leather spine shows some wear. Inside it's unmarked and securely bound. There is light foxing throughout. A very satisfactory collection of works by the French poet and playwright. (cfm)

Title page in black and red. Tissue guard still with frontispiece, but torn. The binding is tight and hinges intact. A very good copy.
