Red and black patterned boards slightly soiled and shelfworn with the spine darkened but gilt still bright. There is also a small ding to the middle of the spine. Internally, there are no previous owners marks or signatures. Page edges lightly soiled. The end-pages, front and rear are age toned with light foxing to the first and last few pages.

Internally clean, free of previous owners marks or signatures. The staples are rusty, with offset staining the covers, but the binding is still tight. A very good copy. Contributors include E. E. Cummings, Wallace Stevens, Marianne Moore, Mark Van Doren, Robert Creeley among others.

Edge points gently bumped. Internally clean, free of previous owners marks or signatures. The dust jacket is not price clipped, but lightly worn along edges and at edgepoints, with an old vertical crease down the spine, as if it was removed and folded while reading the book.
