Top page edges soiled. Internally, a previous owners bookplate is fixed to the inside front board, with paper slightly age-toned throughout. The map has several small holes in folds. The binding is tight but rear hinge has cracked and front hinge is starting. The dust jacket, still in one piece, is lightly soiled, age toned and shelf-worn, with wear to edges, including small chips/tears. It is not price clipped.
